GRC follows a fair and reasonable refund policy while recognizing that professional services involve time, expertise, and operational costs.

Fees paid for case evaluation, documentation review, consultation, or services already rendered are generally non-refundable. Once active engagement with banks or institutions has commenced, refunds are not applicable.

In exceptional circumstances where services have not been initiated or where an administrative error has occurred, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at GRC’s sole discretion.

Any approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible, within a reasonable timeframe.
